Error in Frontend Optimizations in SiteGround Optimizer

Hello, I’m looking into why Siteground Optimizer’s frontend cache section is returning an error: https://imgur.com/CII4c9B.jpg

I am pretty sure I enabled many of these features when initially setting up the website, but when I enter this section now, wordpress notifies me of the error and all the toggles show disabled. This only happens on the frontend menu.

Hello, I’ve noticed that recently when not logged in, my homepage’s cover block doesn’t really work. It has worked flawlessly until what I think is the most recent wordpress update which was pushed to my site a few days ago.

When not logged in, all the text is shoved afterward, the picture is left-aligned, and the opacity isn’t applied: https://imgur.com/eMNGC9v.jpg

I tried updating my theme(Storefront) to the latest 4.1.0 but the issue is still occurring.

I have disabled Simple CSS just to make sure that was not the issue, which it isn’t.
