Error in getting Access Token

  • Hi,
    I have been trying to use the Mendeley plugin for my research group website to showcase our publications. However, I get the following error.
    “Failed retrieving OAuth2 access token: SSL connect error”
    Can you please tell me what is the problem and how I can solve it.
    Before this, I was trying the same on localhost and there it worked fine. Now, I am trying to upload my website on university’s server.

    One possible reason for the problem is that you did not change the redirect URL when moving the plugin. But I am not sure about this. Try to set up the plugin from start (including registering an Mendeley Application).
