Error in insert query trying to login

    Hi there, when my users type the user and password to login into my WP site, they get the following message “Error in insert query” but when when the refresh the site it shows them logged in. Any idea where is this error message coming from?

    Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
