    And when changes are saved, you just come to a blank screen

    It’s borked.. Look at all the other reports in the last few days..
    you can get the previous version (list of all versions) by clicking “Advanced View” while on the plugin download page.

    Thank you @mrgrownupgeek

    Does anyone know if all previous gpx uploads disappear when this plugin is deleted for down grade?

    I can recommend the plugin WP Rollback to easily revert back to the previous version (I had to deactivate WP GPX Maps first to be able to work with my WordPress installation properly). All GPX uploads will be unharmed but I’ve lost all plugin settings (like track color and icon customization).

    You can make the two edits to wp-gpx-maps-admin.php listed in the post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/version-1-7-01-is-not-useable/ which will allow the plugin to work correctly again.

    I tried to do these changes, but there was no effect, maybe I don’t do it in the right way
    Is it possible for you to upload the whole “wp-gpx-maps-admin.php” as txt file somewhere?
    Best regards!

    the rollback to 1.7.00 worked. thanks

    I did it and it works. But, unfortunately, for one week every day, the plugin automatically updates to the next broken version 1.7.01. And I every day turn back to the old version.
    Could anybody tells me how can I set it not to update automatically?

    Change in the old version the line 6 in file wp-gpx-maps.php from
    * Version: 1.7.00
    to
    * Version: 1.7.01
