ERROR in last update: There was a 400 error sending your notification.

Howdy,
To gain more clarity into the root of your problem, please turn on OneSignal debugging (if you’re using Gutenberg). Then, please send us the response_body here. The above link contains all the instructions on getting the response.

Also please answer the following questions:

1. Were you “Publish”-ing a post, or “Schedule”-ing the post when you ran into your issue?
2. What version of WordPress are you using?
3. What version of PHP are you using?
4. Is your server’s datetime correct? See this picture for how to check the datetime in WordPress. Compare it to this datetime. If they are different, this is the root of your issue and should be fixed by simply updating your datetime to the correct value.

Finally, we recommend you use the WordPress Rollback plugin to go to the previous version of the OneSignal plugin to avoid this issue in the meantime.

Hi, we are getting too since last update when pushing notifications in all our sites (x5), this error: “There was a 400 error sending your notification” and we are not using: Gutenberg.

Before this update, everything was working well.

Could you please check your update, as we have read a lot of users are facing this same problem, so all of us shouldn′t waste time using the debugging mode I think.

If it helps:

1. Using PHP 7.3
2. WP: Last version
3. Were you “Publishing a post, or “Scheduling the post when you ran into your issue? BOTH.
4. Is your server’s datetime correct? YES.

And could you provide the download of the plugin working last version? So we can roll back?

I found this past version for rolling back:

I am getting the same 400 error after updating. Please provide a fix ASAP

Hi again, after testing the new update, we faced an error.

We created a post and programmed to be sended at some time during day, but after saving it, the push notification was delivered to all our users, but post wasn′t as it was programmed for other time to be posted.

So Push Notifications are being sended just when post its saved, even if it wasn′t posted directly.

So, we had to roll back to this stable version:

We’ve tested programming another post and now it worked well, it was saved and to be posted during day and notification wasn′t inmediatly sended as with version 1.17.7 update.

Please, check this as there is something not working well in this new update ??
