    visitors which are not logged in get the following error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘i’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /homepages/20/xxxxx/htdocs/fotos/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/wp-slimstat/browscap-db-master/browscap/browscap-php/src/Browscap.php on line 35
    Die Website weist technische Schwierigkeiten auf.

    had to disable the plugin ??

    pls help

    which version of PHP do you have on your website? Please remember that Browscap requires at least version 7.1.

    I’m using php 7.3.
    The Plugin was working until wednesday… didn’t change anything, no new plugins were installed…

    Same for that file, it was last updated 3 months ago:

    That’s why I was suspecting that something must have changed on your server. Also because otherwise we would have seen many more users come to these forums to point out the error. It might be that the update didn’t go well. Could you try deleting the entire folder using your favorite FTP client? This folder:

    /homepages/20/xxxxx/htdocs/fotos/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/wp-slimstat/browscap-db-master/

    Then go to Slimstat > Settings > Maintenance and enable Browscap again, and see what happens.
