    I’m having the precise problem described here:

    In short, Test mode worked fine, but when I moved to Live mode, I couldn’t get any transactions to process. Every attempt triggers:

    I’ve been trying for five days to get my account fixed. The chat folks say a ticket has been filed — I gave them the precise reference to the solution — but there’s still no action.

    Based on the notes that you shared, it looks like your Stripe account is not yet properly activated.

    Have you already contacted the Stripe team directly to have them confirm that your account is active and ready for live transactions?

    The “chat folks” that you mentioned opening a ticket – do you mean that you were chatting with our team at https://www.woocommerce.com? Or are you referring to the Stripe support team?

    If you were speaking with the Stripe support team, their team does not actively view / respond to these support forums. These forums are responded to by the WooCommerce.com staff, who makes the WooCommerce Stripe plugin.

    Understood.

    Yes, my problem (and chatting) is with Stripe. I know they don’t watch this forum. But I wanted others who are beating their heads against the wall to know that there’s bugs in them thar hills.

    As far as I can tell, the WooCommerce plugin works fine. It’s formulating the Stripe queries correctly. But Stripe keeps denying them.

    I’ll let you know how long it takes Stripe to fix their mess. So far we’re up to five days since I first alerted Stripe to the problem, and three days since I sent them the link to that earlier WooCommerce article. Their tech support has been prompt, professional — and totally ineffective.

    Once the Stripe team approves/activates your account, you should be all set. If you do have any problems after that though, please open a new thread to let us know. At that point we’ll be happy to help ??

    Stripe just enabled the account.
