Error in my footer?

https://wwsmag.com The footer loads fine, and everything seems to be ok. But when you look at it form an iPhone or iPad, or a REALLY old computer, the footer loads off to the far right. Here is what I mean (https://i51.tinypic.com/v3o94w.png)

Any help?
