Error in my wordpress in /wp-includes/

Hello I’m getting one warning and one error on my website

Warning: require_once(/home/healkldz/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/translations.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/healkldz/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php on line 9

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/healkldz/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/translations.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php72/usr/share/pear’) in /home/healkldz/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php on line 9

I Tried every thing,
First I looked on wp-includes/pomo/mo.php I did not found that file then i copied file from wordpress official and place it there now i’m getting this error by the way I have this code on my line 9

require_once dirname( __FILE__ ) . ‘/translations.php’;
require_once dirname( __FILE__ ) . ‘/streams.php’;
