error in new fields.

    When I create a new field (purchase ticket), I select text type and when trying to make the ticket, it is not processed because it says “no purchase was found with that code”, but there is no database indexed to that code , but it is a data, nothing else. How to correct this error?

    Hi,

    If you are not used these addons, deactivate them in Plugins page.
    – Envato validation
    – EDD

    If you create a custom field, try to change it name.
