    Hi

We have a couple of issues with our WordPress/WooComemrce site, and whilst checking them out I notice several repeated errors on our PHP error log

[25-Aug-2022 10:25:34 UTC] The is_feature_enabled function is deprecated since version 5.0. Replace with \Automattic\WooCommerce\Internal\Admin\Features\Features::is_enabled().

Do you know what this might be?

    Many thanks

    Hi @wood1e

Are you by any chance using Facebook for WooCommerce? If so, which version?

If not, then another plugin is still making use of the code Loader::is_feature_enabled function.

With that said, please provide us with your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page so we can take a closer look.

    Cheers!

    Hi @wood1e,

    Thanks for providing an update!

We are using Facebook for WooCommerce. Version 2.6.21

Since you are using the latest version of Facebook for WooCommerce, as a first step, I would recommend performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts that may be causing the error.

The best way to determine this is to:

    Clear site and browser cache
    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Check if the error is still present.

If you’re not seeing the error after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Please see the below documentation for a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts

Lastly, if you have any custom code added to your site, please temporarily disable this to see if it makes any difference?

Please let me know how this goes!
