Error in popup after Buy now

  • I get this error all the time in the popup window after i clicked Buy now: “Error Message”
    We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.” Or that the quantity is to low. I cant see some error in the settings or the code.
    I have uninstalled the plugin and installed it again but it is still the same. Can you help me with this?

    Correction: im using WordPress 4.2.2 with Twenty Fifteen.

    This is a problem with paypal normaly, are you sure your account is a merchant account validated for selling digital goods? I had to call PayPal (I am in Germany), to activate that feature for my account. In the US you can just select that in your PayPal account, but not in Germany (and other european countries). Then after some hours everything worked.

    I think so and i have tried to change it to Physical in the plugin settings but then i get that the quantity is to low. What i can see, the quantity is set to 1 in the plugin settings.
    I will double check the paypal account but is it possible to change to physical meanwhile?

    I have contacted Paypal and it seems like it’s not possible to activate digital goods for swedish paypal accounts…
    Is it possible to change the plugin to work without the digital goods setting?

    And @aappel, do you have the modification for the download link that you talked about in your case?

    Marcusja, if you can not sell it as a digital good you should use this plugin:

    Basically one button buy solution for “normal” goods.

    I know it will not offer the automatic download ??

    PS: WIth regard to the code modifications, I was hoping the author would adapt them. I will see whether I post them here or put them up online somewhere else…
