    Hi,
    as soon as I want to pay via Amazon pay I get the following error:

    We’re sorry, but there’s a problem processing your payment from this website.

    Your account has not been charged. Please contact seller for assistance.

    The error occurs in live and in sandbox mode. What can I do?
