Error In Search Console Sitemap

    So I have been trying to fix this issue on my own for several weeks but Google outright stopped indexing pages from my website at the end of February. In search console I am seeing the following error.

    Sitemap can be read, but has errors

    Invalid UTF-8

    Sitemap contains either C0 or C1 control codes (other than CR LF HT FF) or non-characters.

    Line: 2
    Line: 3

    I have tried to google a solution but I have literally exahusted every resource to try and find a fix for this. Any help would be appreciated.

    I basically have the same issue!

    Sitemap can be read, but has errors
    Invalid URL 14 instances
    This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit.

    @digiboom I’ve tried to check your sitemaps for invalid characters. Possible issues are in image titles (you could try to change them):

    It’s possible that character ? and – (U+2013) breaks XML format (check source of post-sitemap.xml). You could try to change them into Media Library and re-submit sitemap index.
