    Hi @hehe1234,

Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused!

That error usually shows when our?SEO Analysis?server is unable to fetch the source code of your home page due to your server timing out. I tested your website on my end, and your server timed out in 30 seconds.

We have a timeout of 60 seconds to fetch the source code of your home page. This is also a standard timeout most hosting companies use. If it takes longer than 60 seconds to fetch the source code of your home page or your server times out before that, then you’ll see this message. Here’s a guide with more details –

Please reach out to your?hosting provider?and ask them to set the?Timeout limit?to?60 or 120 seconds. With that said, I also noticed an SSL Certificate issue on your website. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference –

Your hosting provider would be able to easily fix this as well. Once done, clear your website and server’s cache and see if that fixes the issue gets fixed.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I’m looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks!

    I wrote to provider.

When it comes to SSL, this is a standard message for http sites.

    My browser is Edge.

Changing to 120s didn’t change anything.

    Hi @hehe1234,

When it comes to SSL, this is a standard message for http sites.

Yes, but some web browsers deem HTTP sites unsafe and even show a unsafe warning before loading the website – This can hurt your website’s traffic and SEO efforts. So, we recommend implementing HTTPS protocol on your website to fix this.

Many providers by default offer HTTPS so you can reach out to your hosting provider regarding this.

Besides, it was working a month ago.

Changing to 120s didn’t change anything.

I tested your website on my end and it’s still timing out in 30 seconds. However, if SEO Analysis was working a month ago, I suggest you ask your hosting provider if they’ve made any changes to your server that are causing the issue.

You can also ask your hosting provider to whitelist the below IP addresses in all the security and caching services and see if that helps –

    • 104.236.26.134
    • 159.89.243.35

In case the issue persists, I’d suggest temporarily disabling any security plugins on your website or server and see if the SEO Analysis works.

Please let me know how that goes. I’m looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks!

My other pages have the same SEO plugin and there is no error.

Changing the BOOST to 120 seconds worked for 5 minutes and I checked the site during that time.

    Hey @hehe1234,

Could you confirm if your other sites are also on the same server with the exact same server configuration?

Changing the BOOST to 120 seconds worked for 5 minutes and I checked the site during that time.

Can you share some more details about this so I can investigate further?

If changing the time limit fixed the SEO Analysis even for 5 minutes, it would indicate that the issue is coming directly from your server.

I also tested your website with a third-party HTTP status checker tool (https://httpstatus.io/) and got the same Connection timed out error. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference –

    https://a.supportally.com/i/sHxEX0

In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to your hosting provider, as would be able to investigate and whitelist our SEO Analysis requests without timing out to fix the issue permanently.

Please let me know how this goes or if your hosting provider has any questions for our Development team.

    We’re here to help.

    Thanks!

    Ok, these are other servers.

Hosting with slopiewnie allows you to set higher values, e.g. 120 seconds, only for 5 minutes from turning on this BOOST option. After that php.ini goes back to default settings.

Cannot be permanently set to 120 sec.

    Hi @hehe1234,

In that case, I’d suggest reaching out to your hosting provider as they would be able to assist you here.

Since your server is timing out other tools as well, unfortunately, there’s not much we can do here, and your hosting provider would be in a better position to assist you.

Please feel free to let me know if your hosting provider has any questions for our Development team. We’re here to help.

    Thanks!

5 minutes was enough to check twice that 120 seconds does nothing.

    IMHO the problem is elsewhere.

And this thread is NOT resolved.
