Error in Shipping Profiles

Hello,

I am getting the same error as in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/no-etsy-categories-found-you-must-set-these-up-on-etsy-before-continuing/ but on the shipping profile portion.

It cannot find the profiles. I have made a couple new ones to test.
