Error in SQL syntax

    Hi,

    I have a one-time problem. Looks like all submissions work good, but one of them thrown today this error

    [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's";}}' WHERE form_id = 437' at line 2

    Do you maybe know what may be cause of this?
