    Hello,

    I am getting Error in submitting your application. Please try again later! while submitting the form, but my other contact forms are working fine. Kindly help. It’s on a client website, So I have to fix it soon.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We believe you are using GoDaddy Hosting. Users having GoDaddy Hosting encountered a similar issue you have reported.

    Issue

    This issue is due to the security configurations in GoDaddy Hosting. Your hosting provider(GoDaddy) restricts the uploading of DOCX files and also specific PDF files due to security issues. You can also confirm this by uploading a DOCX file from Media Library.

    Solution (Plugin)

    One way to solve this server-side issue is to only allow resumes with doc/pdf extension. You can disable uploading of DOCX files from Job Openings > Form > General > Supported upload file types.

    Next Steps

    If you need the DOCX support and unrestricted PDF files support, please contact your hosting provider. If you don’t want the resume field, you can remove this field if you have the Pro add-on of WP Job Openings.
