Error in the cancel button

    I had installed this plugin, but why as a admin I am not getting mail notification,once the customer cancel the order.And Once they cancel the order,the cancel button should not appear,But in my case,it appears eventhough once customer cancelled the order.What can I do?

    Hi,

    Go to Basic Settings tab in our pluing there you have this option “Show cancel order request button on order with this status” make sure you dont add Cancel order status in this

    If you add cancel order status in this then it will show the cancel button for the order that are in canceled state as well

    Regarding Email please install a Email log pluing that will show you the reason why email are not been send as email sending is handled by wordpress itself

    Cancel button is not workin. When login as customer and make a cancel it redirect me home page and the order is not cancelled. When i try again it re direct to home page again.
