    Hi,

    After upgrading the plugin, we have this error message in the checkout “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    With normal products it works, but with products that already have the subscription option it doesn’t work.

    We are using last WordPress and Woocommerce version.

    Any help with this?

    I’m having the same problem. After upgrading this plugin, our checkout shows no payment methods available on subscription items. We are using stripe for our woocommerce checkout. Non-subscription items work just fine.

    I have the same issue. It seems as though it’s a prerequisite to purchase the woocommerce subscription payments plugin unless there’s another way? I use the YITH subscription plugin for woocommerce but get the error at checkout whenever the product is a subscription product. Non-subscription products work fine.

    Simple product is fine, only subscription product cant, we waiting the support, I will share if found something,

    Hi everyone,
    The behavior was modified in version 4.0.0 to disable unsupported gateways.
    Please note only WooCommerce PayPal Payments is supported for automatic renewals.
    However, as our plugin allows manual renewals also, we are going to send an update very soon that includes an option to choose whether you want to allow unsupported gateways or not. Sorry for the inconvenience.
