I have currently created two sliders. Of course they have a different shortcode. Both sliders are integrated on one page. However, only one of the two sliders loads at a time. As soon as I refresh the page, the second slider loads and the first no longer loads. When I refresh the page again, it is the other way around. Is there a solution to this?

If there is a possibility, I could upload a video about it. The page in question is as follows: https://fatihk5.sg-host.com/streetwear/

all to beginning. it’s also not working fine with the caching plugin deactivated. I followed all the steps at the troubleshooting.

edit: if I refresh the page, sometimes it works sometimes not. https://ibb.co/dJYLtFS

Hi @monogramade. Thanks for using MetaSlider. It’s not currently possible to show two copies of the same slideshow on the same page. The simple workaround is to click “Duplicate” and make an identical copy to show.

Hi @monogramade, if your experience is “I refresh the page, sometimes it works sometimes not” then that absolutely points to a caching / optimization plugin. You may have another layer of caching on the site that isn’t disabled yet.

We do have a full troubleshooting guide that can help you find issues: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/. It may also be helpful in this case to try steps 3, 4, and 10.

Thanks for using MetaSlider. We haven’t heard back from you in over a week so are closing this discussion for now. Please post back if this remains an issue.
