Error in the number of likes in block theme on archives page

  • I use a shortcode to display the like icon on the archive page and single posts in the place I need in the theme.
    But the following problem arises: if I like a post on the archive page, the number of likes becomes the same for all posts on the archive page.
    The problem does not only concern the layout of single posts.
    How can I fix this?
    And how can I change the size of the icon so that it looks harmonious in the theme?
