    Hello,

we are encountering encountering a problem with the prices of the products shown in the Google SERP. We have the dot as a thousands separator, for some products, for example, instead of showing the price €2700, incorrect €2.77 is shown. How can we solve it?

    Thank you very much

    Hi @simo2606,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The issue you’re describing may stem from a mismatch in the currency formatting between your WooCommerce store and the Google Merchant Center. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Verify your WooCommerce Currency Settings under WooCommerce > Settings > General. Ensure the following:

    ? Thousands Separator: .

    ? Decimal Separator: ,

    ? Number of Decimals: 2

    2. Verify Google Merchant Center Settings:

? Double-check the currency settings in your Google Merchant Center to ensure they align with your store’s formatting.

Once these steps are complete, the prices in Google SERPs should update automatically within a few hours or days as Google processes the corrected feed. If the issue persists, please share the following details:

? A link to one of the affected products in Google SERPs.

? Your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

? Any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You can paste the information here or share it via Gist and send us the link.

Let us know how it goes!
