Error in the update 3.3.3 titles in Spanish incomplete

The following happens, if a Spanish title contains characters such as interrogation or accents when clicking a share button, the plugin replaces the sign with other signs. For example:

Post Title: ?Por qué elegir WordPress?

when you click on the twitter button the plugin changes the characters of the title.

Output text: %c2%bfPor qu%c3%a9 elegir WordPress?

This didn’t happen with the previous version 3.2.2.
