Error in Uploading Image

  • I use wordpress version 3.5.. in there I have error..
    When user in Author Role… User can`t upload anything Image from Add media button in the WP user Frontend Form .
    But When User in admin Role.. User now can upload images from Add media button in the WP user Frontend Form

    Anyone has same problem??
    or maybe has a Solution??
