    hello gode time

in part up selling And cros selling in woocomerce There is a problem. So, I set these items for a product, but I did not receive any results and none of these items were displayed.
I disabled all the plugins but it didn’t change and when I changed the template it was only displayed under the upselling product description.
For the cross selling section, it might be because I designed the related products section with Elementor, could it be because of this?
My template is Woodmart, how should I solve this problem?
I even installed a plugin for this, but it still didn’t work.

    Hi @mohsen2677,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As a very first step, I’d like to understand how you’re setting up cross-selling in WooCommerce. Are you using any specific plugin? If not, could you please share how you’ve set up your site for cross-selling? You can share the link to the plugin or screenshots of the plugin by using this screenshot sharing software.

    See in the picture.
I added products to buy more and offer to the customer. Through WooCommerce itself.

    Hello mohsen2677,

    Thank you for your reply.

Please note that the active theme is responsible for displaying the Similar Products section.
If you are using Elementor to build page templates, then it should have a widget to show Related Products or Similar Products.

Have you tried the Storefront theme?
If not then I suggest you try it and see how the products appear.

I disabled all the plugins but it didn’t change and when I changed the template it was only displayed under the upselling product description.

Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing here?
This will help in understanding the problem.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

1.Why is it not displayed in the Woodmart format?

2.I want to offer a product in the shopping cart at a cheaper price than usual when the user selects a specific product.
For example, if a user wants to buy a camera, when he adds to the shopping cart and wants to place an order, I can offer him a bag for the camera at a discount.
How or with what plugin can I do this? that you can put a discount on the product.

    Hello mohsen2677,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you share a full-page screenshot or share the URL of the page?
That will give me a better understanding of the page layout.

Why is it not displayed in the Woodmart format?

Are the Related Products correctly displayed in the Storefront theme and not in the Woodmart theme?
If that is the case, I suggest you contact Woodmart theme support regarding this issue.

I want to offer a product in the shopping cart at a cheaper price than usual when the user selects a specific product.

This is more of a specific feature and not available in the core WooCommerce.
I cannot think of a plugin that provides this feature.

I suggest you ask this question in the Woo Community Slack or the Woo Community Facebook group.
Other Woo merchants might know the answer and help you out.

    I hope this helps.
Let me know if you have any questions. ??

    Best regards.
