Error in url with https

Hello! Great plugin. I use url translation.
If i use http, then everything is fine. And if i use https, then the link becomes:
https://site.com/de/o/Damen-Kurzhaarschnitt-Stile/ or
https://site.com/o/Damen-Kurzhaarschnitt-Stile/?lang=de
although the correct page opens
https://site.com/de/Damen-Kurzhaarschnitt-Stile/
Can you help?And you can also make all lowercase letters in the url?
