    Your error message says this

Warning: No WordPress installation found. If the command ‘index-mysql enable’ is in a plugin or theme, pass –path=path/to/wordpress.

The command index-mysql enable is indeed in a plugin. So, before using the wp shell command, set your current working directory to the same directory where your installation’s index.php is located, or mention that directory in --path=path/to/wordpress.
