Error input file Browser facebook

Hello, good afternoon, at this moment I have a problem with a form made with contact form 7, in this case it happens that 95% of the time this form is opened from a Facebook post, so the main browser is the one of this company, the problem lies in android since the option to open the gallery (input file) is not displayed, in IOS if it works. in google chrome and other browsers also works. I am using the latest version of contact form 7 -> 5.0.1.

Note: the error with this input only appears when the facebook publication is opened, and facebook automatically opens it with their browser, with the other browsers working well.
