• I have just installed the Astra theme, and when I try to change an image, the Media window opens, but the Free Images tab shows nothing. If I check the browser console, I see a JavaScript error that says:

    TypeError: $r is undefined.

The error appears on this line:

  • Hi @itinajero,

This is actually not Astra. It is our Starter Templates plugin. And it is happening only on the Elementor editor. The issue is not happening if the Block Editor is used.

Well, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are sorry for the inconvenience you may have because of this. We’ll try to fix this ASAP.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

Hi, everyone, I have the same issue. I cannot view the free images from Pixabay with Astra. This is the error I get when clicking on the Search Images tab (should be free images not Search images I suppose). i hope it can help to fix the issue.

    Hi @lomi0n93,

We have fixed the issue with the version 4.4.3.[Link to changelog] I would suggest updating the plugin to the latest version, clearing the cache of the website and browser, and then testing it again.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy
