Error installing addon

    Hello, we have just upgraded to a pro Plan and installed the pro version of the plugin.
    However, when installing the PDF Form Submission addon we get an error message “Cannot create folder everest-forms-pdf-submission/includes/libraries/dompdf”
    The same error appears with the Style Customizer, but with a different folder obviously.
    Other addons such as MailChimp, ConvertKit nad MultiPart have installed successfully.
    What could we be missing?

    We are really sorry that you are facing this issue. Something strange as that folder is within addon itself and while installing throws error message folder creation denied. I would probably need much more information to debug on this bug, rather than doing guesswork.
