    I installed it from the plugins dashboard and everything was good:

    Downloading install package from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/ip2country.1.3.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Successfully installed the plugin Ip2country 1.3.

    Try again, maybe it was the bug of repository.

    Or you may try to install manually via ftp.
