Error installing the plugin

Hello there,

I have been facing error while trying to install the plugin after uninstalling it. My website favicon is being affected after uninstalling your plugin. Now if I try to reinstall it there are error show as mentioned below. Could you please help to rectify this error sooner. Now my site icon/Favicon is not showing on any of the browser.
