Error: Invalid page template

    I’m using the “Import with WP All Import” command, but it is not working as expected. It is failing to update the records and provides the error message “ERROR: Invalid page template” (see detailed excerpt from log below). Version 1.5.2 of WP All Export Pro is installed and version 4.5.0 of WP All Import Pro is installed. I’m posting this support request here because I haven’t heard back from email support yet.

    I see that we’re now working with you via the ticket system on our site. Let’s continue working on this there, since we’ll need to run tests on your site to understand why you’re getting the invalid page template error.
