    Hello,

Since the update where we need an 0auth app to be working, the meeting with join via browser option keep shoiwing an error:

Joining meeting timeout” – ” Invalid Parameter” (Screenshot)

I see that in other topics you recommend to verify the credentials. I’ already ‘ve checked and update credentials multiple times, get successs message when verify API connexion in parameter, but sadly keep getting the error.

    The shortcode i used:

    [zoom_join_via_browser meeting_id="xxxxxxxx" login_required="no" height="750px" disable_countdown="yes" passcode="xxxxxxxx"]

It look like dosen’t matter if i add iframe=”no” or not. And same if i add passcode=”xxxxxxxx” or not.

Thanks in advance for your answer

    Hello @devjms

The updated version of the plugin uses two settings.

    • Server-to-Server OAuth Keys for managing meetings (Create Update, Get Details, Delete )
    • SDK App keys for join via browser settings.

As the SDK Keys can only be verified by using Join via Browser those settings are not verified when saving your credentilas.

Can you please verify that you’ve created and Activated your SDK App settings (Please do not add credentials on the support ticket). The documentation for SDK App keys is covered in https://zoomdocs.codemanas.com/setup/#setup-app-sdk-credentials

If you app SDK Keys has been correctly setup – then please check if your website is loading securely i.e https: if not JBH will not work. Additionally users are encountering issues with the iframe implementation of shortcode – please use no iframe option.

Hopefully this covers all the bases, if not please reach out to us via e-mail

    Works with version 4.0.11
