Please try not to use symbols for the checkbox value fields then check again, instead of using symbols like $ and , please use letters and – such as mycheckboxvalue or my-checkbox-value.

Hello, thank you very much for your prompt response.
I use those symbols in all my forms for a long time, and it works well. Now that I created the discount coupon, I get this error. Only the error appears to some people who want to pay using the coupon. Could it be another problem besides using symbols?

I imported the form to a test website but could not replicate the issue. However, I am unsure how the Discount Coupon is supposed to work. Can you please explain which discount coupon I should try using and how the logic works?

Please also let us know the version of the Forminator active on your website.

It seems like you are using Forminator v 1.15.9. I’m not able to replicate any issues with the latest version of the plugin, ie v 1.19.

Any specific reason not to update the plugin? If not, could you please check whether it works fine with the latest version of the plugin?
