Error: “Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values…”

    I am seeing the following error whenever someone on my site is trying to fill out a Recurring donation form (the regular One Time Payment forms seem to be unaffected by this):

    Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription.

    Is this a known error? What usually causes it? Is it an issue with the form, the plugin or how the recurrence is set up on the Paypal account itself?
