Error: Invalid request or log file not found/unreadable.

After I update wordpress, I can’t activate and deactivate any plugins. I can add plugin and remove plugin without activating and deactivating.

I updated plugins and see maintenance message.
after a few minute, there is still a message = maintenance
So, I removed .maintenance by ftp. after that, I can’t activate and deactivate any plugin.

I just find same issue on the wordpress.com

The same message appears when I try to move a page or post to the trash
