What shipping types have you tried?
Also, do you have any shipping options set in the edit product page in Woocommerce?
Usually these types of issues are caused by using a “Shipping policy” or by entering details on the edit product page, let me clarify.
1.) The edit product page settings will always over ride the listing profile settings: Listing profile vs edit product page – so you should first make sure the shipping options for eBay in the edit product page is set to “Use profile settings” if you wish to use the profile settings for your shipping options.
2.) If you selected a shipping policy in the listing profile, that shipping policy will over ride all shipping options entered manually in the listing profile. If you have an eBay account that is required to use a shipping policy for your shipping options then you would need to modify the shipping policy directly on eBay, refresh your account details on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister’s settings by clicking the “refresh details” link, and then revise the listings on WP-Lister’s “Listings” page.
Look into those 2 things first. If that does not help, then provide me with your dashboard URL, admin login credentials, a sample SKU, and what section of WP-Lister’s shipping options you wish to utilize on eBay.
