    I used the shortcode to make a button on a test page.

    When I clicked the button, I cannot make the test payment and saw the below message…

    There was a problem connecting to the payment gateway.WP_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] => cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.stripe.com port 443 after 4 ms: Bad access ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) [additional_data:protected] => Array ( ) )

    What does this error means and how to solve the connection problem?

    THX!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, It appears WordPress is not being able to make HTTP requests from your site. Your web host should be able to tell why this is happening.

    You can also try our payment link integration option to accept payments. However, the plugin may not be able to process payment notifications if the issue persists.

    Thank you! I just tried the payment link integration option. It works! I want to adopt this option. But how can I change the pay button’s appearance. The button is so simple and not attractive. Please help!

    You can use the “button_image” parameter to customize it.
