    Hello all,

    I just tried to update my version of jigoshop from 1.9.6 to 1.10, and it said it had updated successfully.

    However, I am now getting this error message …

    “Error! Jigoshop requires at least 128M of memory! Your system currently has: 268435456.”

    And my jigoshop plugin isn’t working at all – I can’t access it from my dashboard, and the products aren’t showing on my website.

    Can you tell me how to fix this please?

    please send us your site address and jigosohp system info (if you can access admin panel) to [email protected]
    if you can’t access admin panel – you can send us ftp access details and we’ll try to fix it for you asap.

    I’m still getting the error message and the plugin isn’t working and my products aren’t showing on my website.

    Mine was working, Just updated to Version 1.10.1.

    Error! Jigoshop requires at least 128M of memory! Your system currently has: 120M.

    Nordic Appeal went blank after the update – admin gives me:

    Error! Jigoshop requires at least 128M of memory! Your system currently has: 128M.

    This is not good – was planing to work today not fix a stupid squash.

    I can see in jigoshop.php they have added a load of code relating to memory limit. Can we please be told what to remove to get sites back up and running.

    I got my site back, temporary I know as I want it done properly. I have chosen not to update database yet. I want a proper fix.

    All I have done is closed off the define So I’ve added /** infront and */ at the end.

    Not perfect I’m sure but it’s working

    I updated to the new plugin this morning and it crashed my site. I have restored the latest backup of the site BUT the products are not showing.

    Version 1.10
    Error! Jigoshop requires at least 128M of memory! Your system currently has: 64M.

    Could you please assist?

    Now I get these two warnings/errors:
    “Your database needs an update for Jigoshop. Please backup & update now.”
    “The plugin “Premium Shipping” only works with Jigoshop 1.4 or better. Please upgrade Jigoshop to use this plugin.”

    When adding to the cart the site goes blank – please give a real fix NOW!!!!!!!!

    Yeah I get the warning about the database, I’ve updated it, no the stock management is working it appears even though I’m not using it. So no products get added to the cart as I get an out of stock warning.

    I don’t have Premium Shipping So I don’t have that issue, My site appears to be fully functional up to the adding to cart.

    Martin, you may have not finished the line like I did, leaving out this */ would result in the version not being defined resulting in version requirements missing for plugins.

    There should be an option when posting a reply to disagree and un-resolve it.
