  • Hey there, @leonieeco! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Do you have any caching plugins active?
If you do, can you please deactivate them and try again to check?

If it does not work, can you please see if you can follow the steps below?

    • Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (switch example.com with your website’s URL)
    • Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
    • Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    • Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack (if applicable)
    • Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again. :?)

Please let us know how it goes.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @leonieeco,

Do you see any errors on your screen or your browser’s console? Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing now when you try to connect? Learning more about the current error will help us provide the next steps to troubleshoot this one.

    Thanks!

I had the same issue: error 400 while calling wp-json endpoint in order to connect the WP account (first step).

I managed that behaviour by switch off every plugin until I found which one was causing the conflict.
So I was be able to complete all the connections and then I re-enabled the conflicting plugin without any errors.
