The issue you mentioned really happened but I believe I managed to fix it on last version (1.0.8)

I think there is an error with our deploy process.

Please, go back to version 1.0.5 while we fix this

Yes, the version 1.0.10 works

PS: There is no link or a button so a visitor can register on my marketplace (and then become a vendor).

Then I have found that there is a special setting for it in (WooCommerce 3.1.2):

WordPress Admin panel -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts -> Customer registration ->
Enable customer registration on the “My account” page.
