  • Hello opciones,
sorry you are experiencing this error. You can disable the plugin manually by logging in to your site with FPT/SSH and renaming the plugin folder.

If you want to help get this fixed for other people though could you do me a favor before you deactivate? Go to Wordfence “Diagnostics” page and at the bottom click the button that says “Send Report by Email”. Change the prefilled address to [email protected] and please provide your username so I know who the mail is coming from.

This will give me a copy of your diagnostics so that we can try to figure out why this happened and make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

    Thanks in advance!

thanks and I could remove the plugin and I sent before diagnostics.

    thank you

Sorry, I’ve the same problem, but if I rename the plugin folder, the system redirect me to the login page, and I am back again! ??

What can I have to do?

    Thank you.

I’ve solved, it was a problem with the database: has expired and the customer doesn’t warned me! Sorry.

Hi, I have the same problem as @fantat, I have logged in as admin, so I can change settings, but anyone else can’t login to site even I as admin from other browser, I have that error in wfConfig.php.

When I disable plugin by renaming directory, when user try to login it always redirects to login page. And I try to install Wordfence Assistant, but it can’t be activated, it says “1 plugin ativated”, but it’s not activated.

    Hi brightloom,
if you are having issues even when Wordfence is deactivated (you have renamed the Wordfence directory) then there is some other plugin that is causing issues on your site. For Wordfence I would suggest you delete all Wordfence tables and try a fresh install. You can set Wordfence to delete tables on deactivation (Wordfence Options page) but if you need to delete the tables manually, here is a full list of them for reference:
