Error load csv table

    Hello there,
    I have a problem when I access the event tracking section to download the csv I get the following DataTables warning error: table id = uat_et_log_table – Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/7 What should I do?

    Hi @ale8521

    It seems the admin-ajax.php is restricted on your site and this is the reason why the DataTables can’t load the data.

    You have to speak to your server administrator or hosting support who implemented the restriction to your wp-admin area in order to whitelist the /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    If that doesn’t help, we would need a temporary login to your site to continue investigations.
