Error load video

    Hi,

    I used [CF_STREAM id=”VIDEO-01.mp4” preload controls /] shortcode at post, I got
    “Failed to load video. You may not have permission to view it or a network error has occurred” error. The Cloudflare Stream plugin is installed and configured. Do I need to do anything else ?

    The ID that you’ve used isn’t a valid CloudFlare Stream Video ID. The ID should look something like 8ba1e99bea431cadf51fbd055eff24e5. I don’t use the Cloudflare Stream plugin, so I can’t say if you can see the video’s ID through that interface.

    I prefer to use CloudFlare’s UI on their main dashboard at cloudflare.com and upload videos there. Then grab the ID and use my shortcode.
