I decided to take a look at the Logs section and it took ages to load. There were loads and loads of the same error over and over again.

Error loading braintree plans for subscriptions. Exception: BraintreeExceptionAuthentication

This error keeps popping up almost every second, 24/7. I do not care about subscriptions, I just don’t know where to disable them.

How can I get rid of this pesky error message?

I’ll just disable the error logging, probably not the greatest idea ever…

    Hi @peterkodermac,

We always recommend disabling logging in a production environment unless you are troubleshooting an error. If you wish to keep logging active, we recommend cleaning out the logs periodically.

That being said, we will add a fix to the next release that will limit the number of attempts made to fetch Braintree plans when signed in to the Admin panel.

The error you are seeing in the logs is a result of your API user not having the role of “Manage Plans” added to their profile. But as you stated you are not using subscription plans so there really is no need for that functionality on your end.

    Kind Regards,
