Thanks for opening an individual support topic. So we can ensure you can use the Site Kit dashboard, which includes the Most popular products key metrics, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Have you been able to view the “Most popular products” metrics previously, or has this always occurred since you installed and started to use Site Kit?
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status  (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.

Just to let you know that should this issue remain for you, we have some workaround steps added to the related GitHub issue. By following the steps on here, you will be able to view the “Most popular products” key metrics tile once more.
