Error loading jpgs to gallery

  • I use two programs to export photos to a file format I can use on line. Adobe’s Lightroom CC and Photo Mechanic.
    When I export a RAW file to jpg from Lightroom they upload to wordpress and the the 10Web gallery just fine. Or when I upload them directly into the 10web gallery.

    If I do an export from PhotoMechanic, which is quicker and preferred, the 10 Web gallery upload screen goes from a counter-clockwise spring for a few seconds to a clockwise spin and never stops. This happens regardless of uploading to WP media library first or directly to 10Web.

    I’ve tried stripping out the meta data, EXIF info and the like. Even changed the .jpg to .JPG and .JPEG and have had zero luck getting the 10Web gallery to accept those images. I can supply the two files so someone can see why one works and one doesn’t, but I’m at a loss for why this isn’t working.
