Error loading JS : LP.Hook, _LP$localStorage, LP.Hook not found

  • I am using learn press 4.1.4 the latest break the entire site.

    Currently I am having a problem displaying quizs, the quiz page had javascript errors on it that I have not been able to decipher and was hoping someone else has seen them that could give me a clue for a solution.

    Uncaught TypeError: $.fn.LP is not a function
    Uncaught TypeError: LP.Hook is undefined
    Uncaught TypeError: _LP$localStorage is undefined
    Uncaught TypeError: LP.Hook is undefined

    The learnpress utils.js is loading.
    The quiz.js is also loading so the code is on the page to init the quiz to show up.
